(Brazilian) Valentine's Day

Hope you are doing well, safe and sound!

Tomorrow is June 12. It's the Brazilian Valentine's Day!

The day after tomorrow is Saint Anthony's Day. The Saint that helps people (especially women) to get married!

And one day before Saint Anthony's Day, on Valentine's middle of night, more specifically at midnight we make some spell to find our... let's say... the other half of our orange or the lid of our pan... well any half that completes you.

I guess being a Saint is not an easy job! Especially nowadays after the pandemic..

Well, let's face it! Before the pandemic was already very difficult to meet someone nice, after the pandemic it got worse.

But that's ok, because Saint Anthony can help! lol

I don't know if you have this kind of culture in your country on Valentine's Day. If there is a spell you know (and if it worked for you, that's a plus ahhahaha) please write it on the comments space at the end of this text!

I haven't tried the spells anymore ahhahahaha Kinda got tired of it. I'll tell you why and I'll have to teach you one spell that is very very easy but it's the reason I gave up.

You write the letters of the alphabet in a piece of paper and cut them all, letter by letter. And you need a blank piece of paper, the size of the ones with the letter.

At night, before you go to bed you put them all under your pillow. Sleep and you take one piece of paper the next day right after you wake up! Just put your hand under the pillow and pick one!

The letter of your choice is the initial of your future boyfriend/husband.

Easy, right?

I quit doing that because the pieces I got every time I did it were blank. LOL
